Homework Assignment # 3 for Lisrel.

1. Use the example learning model program but modify it to create three models.
2. The main purpose is to compare three different models: One complex model and two nested models.
3. Write a brief introduction describing the three models and their nested relation. Use LISREL diagrams to achieve this in a graphical illustration.
4. Run the CALIS program three times (once per model) to obtain the following statistics from each model: Chi-square statistics, goodness of fit indices, estimated cross validation indices.
5. Write a result section summarizing the model comparisons and justify the final model selected by this comparison process.
6. Illustrate the parameters estimated from the program in the LISREL diagram for each model. Comment on the interpretability of these parameters.
